Wed 9/14
Today we discussed Alfred Wegener and his theory on continental drift. Students watched video clips and started taking notes on page #11 Continental Drift and Plate Tectonics. Students only made it to slide number 7.
Following this I passed out a Wegener Pangea Puzzle and had students to complete this and write 2 paragraphs about the diagram. See the attachments below for more details

Students turned in their 4 corners activity and then took their greek and latin quiz 1. Following this, students completed a lab on density where they tried to made a boat out of aluminum foil that would hold at least 15 pennies.
