in class today students completed a warm-up in google classroom. Following this, they took their water part 1 post quiz which will count as a 2nd quarter formal grade. If students missed their post quiz they must make it up next week in working lunch.

In class today students took notes on #25 Solubility Notes and then continued working on part 4 of their learn.concord.org activity from yesterday. If students didn't finish today then they will resume tomorrow.

In class today students signed on to google classroom to complete their warm-up. Following this, I modeled how the earth serves as a natural filter and how it removes pollutants from water before making git to the aquifer. Following this, students went to https://learn.concord.org , clicked register, student, signed in via google, and entered my class code (located on the right side of screen).

In class today students labeled their aquifer diagram from the powerpoint slides from yesterday and glued it in. Next, we discussed the impacts of groundwater pollution by watching a newscast on contaminated wells in wake forest NC. While watching the clip students completed the AEIOU assignment on slide 19

In class today students finished their notes on #19 Water Cycle Notes. Following this, students completed #20 Water Cycle Review sheet. Next students reviewed some of the concepts we have discussed so far in this unit by signing in to google classroom and playing review games.
